    Bad cropping on the legs. It feels like you are not trying to draw feet by hiding them. Her dress seems skin tight, which she would not wear. The legs do not connect to her torso at all.

    If she is not wearing a hat, then her hair looks odd. She has a clearly defined hairstyle.

    If she is wearing a hat, it needs definition.

    I'll see what I can do to fix what you highlighted I've already started to ink this.

    Did you draw the figure before adding clothes? I find that skipping that step leads to disconnected legs and the like. Structure/form comes first. If you draw under and see where the legs connect, then her pelvis is lopsided.

    First image was far more powerful and interesting.

    You're still in Escher Girl territory by giving Ellen two left legs. At the risk of being a pedantic ol' stick in the mud, the right leg should attach to the right side of the body (stoopid pfissics... grumble, grumble)

    ^Agree with Paul. First one is better.

    Just show full figure, correct anatomy, clothing and get rid of tangents.
