Welcome to PencilJack!
Please read the posting rules. Try to keep it to three pieces of art per thread for critique.
^part of the reason for that is most of us don't have time or energy to crit so many pieces. I will say that it looks like you're drawing volumes or shapes and then drawing surface detail on top of that. Try to focus on structure. Learn how the muscles, bones, fat, cloth, etc all contour around the volume and use that to inform your drawing. Also put in some time on proportions and anatomy.

Hey, welcome to PJ.
My advice would be:
1. Spend some time studying how specific things are constructed--eg. eyes, noses, hands, etc. Draw them in different positions, from different angles etc.
2. Work on seeing things in terms of shapes rather than lines. This will become really important when you work on lighting and shading. But it can also help your drawing by simplifying the shapes and getting the fundamental forms right. This guy (Funkymonkey1945.deviantart.com) is a master of this:
Most importantly, keep drawing as much as you can
thank you so much i will check these links , i need as much practice as i can get . . .

used this as model for the pose and his left hand (i'm really bad with the hands) but i tried to make it as different as possible , this dude is gooooood . . .
