Raised shoulder too gives feminine look. Maybe draw bigger trap muscles and lower the shoulder.
And if anyone has never had to put the "wrong hand" on an arm, your brain screams the entire damned time xD
Thanks so much for all the input here guy's i think the piece ended up better for it, i decided to finish this piece up and move on. I would still love any critiques on the linework you have for me, to keep in mind for next time.
and still available for modifications is the coloring, which is something i really would like to push on, as im not exceptionally happy with most of my colors (these ones i actually dont mind, but i did try some different approaches here)
I toyed around with getting that second hand in somewhere, especially after i removed the windswept robe/cloak/drapery from that right side, but it wasn't cooperating (bad planning on my part over all) and as i said i decided i wanted to put the lines to this to rest at the very least.
