    Old gnarly Tree --

Hello everyone! New here to this forum, wanted to drop by and check things out, see some cool art and share some of mine.

    Cheers!

Hey, welcome to the forums. Your pencil (?) rendering is pretty sweet. The figure could use some tweaking, mostly on the lower torso. The thigh area is under rendered compared to the rest of the image and the line of her thigh running into her butt is not convincing anatomically. It also took me a second to notice the blade because it's an odd shape and I initially read it as negative space formed by the tree.

But anyways, nice work overall. Looking forward to seeing more!

Nice. Her thigh seems wrongly shaped, particularly near the knee; perhaps too long? I'm kind of wondering where her other arm is, I would think she'd have it on the tree for support bent over lily that, not behind her.

Thanks! Great points you mentioned that gave me some additional thoughts to tweak this some more. Appreciate the comments and will plan on shooting a revision up when I can --
